The tour is continuing to leverage Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan technology to ensure more tickets get into the hands of concertgoers. Verified Fan requires registration to help filter out buyers looking to resell tickets, so more tickets get to fans who are going to hold on to tickets and attend the show.

Registration for the newly announced dates is now open HERE through Sunday, February 19 at 11:59pm ET.

How Verified Fan Registration Works:

Step 1: Registration

By registering for Verified Fan, you are letting us know you are a fan who is interested in purchasing tickets. From the registration page, you can sign in or create a new account to select your preferred show(s) and register your email and phone number. When completed, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email letting you know we got your request.

Step 2: Verification

Next Ticketmaster vets your request by confirming it belongs to an individual – not a bot – and that it hasn’t been tied to irregular behaviors that could be a sign of a professional seller attempting to access the sale for purposes of reselling tickets.

Step 3: Access Code or Waitlist

When demand exceeds availability, a lottery-style process will determine which registered Verified Fans will receive a unique access code and which are put on the waitlist. You’ll receive an email on February 21 letting you know which group you’re in.

  • Access Code: If you receive an access code, it will be sent via text message. It is unique to your account, and will not work if anyone else enters it – do not try to sell or trade your code.
  • Waitlist: If tickets remain, we may text you an access code to join the ticket sale. The lottery-style process will be used to determine who gets off the waitlist.

Access to the Verified Fan Onsale does not guarantee tickets. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. So if you get a code, be sure to join the sale promptly for the best chance to get tickets.

Who Will Get Access Codes to Participate in the Verified Fan Onsale?
Demand for this tour is expected to be high. If there is more demand than there are tickets available, a lottery-style selection process will determine which registered Verified Fans get a unique access code and which are placed on the waitlist. A Verified Fan access code does not guarantee tickets, it just gives you access to join the sale. All tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis. If tickets remain, the lottery-style process will be used to invite more Verified Fans from the waitlist to join the sale.

Common Questions

When is the Verified Fan registration period?

The registration period is Tuesday, February 14 – Sunday, February 19 at 11:59 P.M. ET.

Can I change my selection?

Yes, you can edit your registration to correct a mistake, such as changing the show you previously selected. We only keep the last registration that you submitted.

I have received an access code for multiple dates, will I be able to buy tickets for any of them?

Yes, even if you have already received an access code for your first choice of show date, and are invited to your 2nd or 3rd choice events and receive an access code, you will be able to shop for tickets for each show you are selected for. If you do receive a unique access code make sure that you use the onsale link provided as your code will only work for that specific show.

I received a registration confirmation email, does that mean I will get tickets?

No, registration does not guarantee tickets. The registration confirmation email is simply to inform you that we have received your information and will be working to verify your account.  A second email will be sent on February 21 letting you know if you will receive a unique access code or if you’ve been placed on the waitlist.

When will I receive an email letting me know if I'll receive a unique access code or be placed on the waitlist?

If you registered, you’ll get an email update on February 21 indicating if you will receive a unique access code or be placed on the waitlist. When demand exceeds availability, Ticketmaster uses a lottery-style process to make this selection.

This email will include the date and time for your Verified Fan Onsale. Not all shows will be going on sale at once.

Reminder: Access to the Verified Fan Onsale does not guarantee tickets. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. So if you get a code, be sure to join the sale promptly at the time stated in your email for the best chance to get tickets.

When submitting my registration I received a six-digit authentication code from Ticketmaster. Can I use this code to purchase tickets during the Verified Fan sales?

No, that code was sent to you to verify your phone number at registration. It is not a unique Verified Fan code and cannot be used to purchase tickets.

Does registering mean I get a Verified Fan access code?

No. Registration for Verified Fan allows Ticketmaster to authenticate your account. When demand exceeds availability, your request is placed into a lottery-style process to determine which registered Verified Fans get an access code and which fans are placed on the waitlist. Access to tickets is not guaranteed. If you’re selected, you’ll receive a unique access code and link to the sale via text message. If you aren’t selected, you’ll be automatically placed on a waitlist and may be invited to join the sale if tickets remain.

Does getting an access code mean I will get tickets?

No. Receiving an access code means that you’ll have the opportunity to join the onsale. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out.

If my market has multiple shows, may I register for each?

Yes. When you register you may select and rank up to three (3) shows. If you do receive a unique access code make sure that you use the onsale link provided as your code will only work for that specific show.

Can I register for Verified Fan if I don’t live in the U.S. or Canada?

Yes. If you are registering from outside the U.S. just be sure to include your country code with your mobile number when submitting your registration.

Previous Updates: July 12, 2022
Note: The below information does not apply to the added tour dates announced for 2023.

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band Announce 2023 U.S. Tour Dates

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band are hitting the road on their 2023 Tour with shows across the U.S. and want to make sure their fans have access to tickets.

Demand is expected to be high for these shows, so registering for Verified Fan is your best chance at getting tickets to see Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band live. While Verified Fan doesn’t guarantee that everyone who registers will get a ticket, it does help ensure only fans are invited to purchase tickets.

Read on for information about how to register for your chance to buy tickets.

How many shows can I register for?

You may register for up to five (5) shows. When doing so, please be sure to rank your show preferences in order from highest to lowest. Please note: Registering for multiple shows does not guarantee that you will be selected for all shows you’ve ranked. If demand for tickets from verified fans exceeds supply for a given show, invitations may be subject to availability.

How many tickets can I purchase?

Fans may purchase a maximum of four (4) tickets per show they have been invited to shop for during the Verified Fan Onsale using their unique access code. The 4 tickets can be a combination of Reserved seating and General Admission (no seats – standing only). Maximum two (2) GA tickets per show. Fans will be able to select General Admission and Reserved seating in the same transaction. If you are selected for multiple shows, you will receive one (1) code for each show.

Can I change or update the shows I register for?

Yes, you can update your show preferences any time before registration ends. To do so, return to the Verified Fan registration link and click “edit entry”. Only your last selections will be considered once registration closes.

Can I register more than once to increase my invitation status?

No, only one registration is permitted per person.

When does Verified Fan registration close?

Registration closes on Sunday, July 17 at 11:59PM ET.

When does the Verified Fan Onsale begin?

All Verified Fan Onsales will run 10AM – 2PM local venue time. Verified Fan Onsale dates will vary by show. A full list of show + onsale dates can be found below.

Does registering mean I get a Verified Fan access code?

Access codes are never guaranteed, and due to anticipated demand, fans are selected at random to receive an invitation to shop for tickets during the Verified Fan Onsale.

When submitting my registration I received a 6-digit authentication code from Ticketmaster. Can I use this code to purchase tickets during the Verified Fan Onsale?

No, if selected for the Verified Fan Onsale you will receive a new, unique, alphanumeric access code the night prior to your show(s) going on sale. The previous 6-digit authentication code you received when registering was sent to verify your mobile phone number. It cannot be used to purchase tickets.

I received a confirmation email, what does that mean?

This email is to confirm your details and that we successfully received your registration. It doesn’t, however, guarantee you’ll receive an invitation to purchase tickets. On Tuesday, July 19, you’ll receive an email with additional information about your invitation status.

Does getting an access code mean I will get tickets?

Only fans who have been verified and invited to shop by receiving an access code will have the opportunity to purchase tickets during the Verified Fan Onsale.

Receiving an access code means that you’ll have the opportunity to shop for tickets. However, the ability to purchase tickets is determined by supply and demand, and is not guaranteed. Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis.

If selected, fans will also receive a text message to the number provided during registration. This text will include a unique access code and a link to shop. Keep an eye out for this text and be careful not to accidentally delete it.

The Waiting Room will open 10 minutes before the sale begins. You may only join the Waiting Room using the same Ticketmaster account that you registered with.

When the sale begins, fans in the Waiting Room will be assigned a spot in line. When it is your turn to shop, you must enter your access code exactly as it appears to access tickets.

Can I share my access code with my friends or family?

To purchase tickets with your unique code during the Verified Fan Onsale, you must be logged in to the Ticketmaster account you registered with. Your access code is unique to your account and for this reason, fans will not be able to share their codes with friends or family.

What device should I use to purchase tickets?

All ticket purchases must be made online. Please be prepared to shop for tickets using your computer, mobile web, or Ticketmaster app. Tickets will not be available by phone.

Can I sign into the same Ticketmaster account on multiple devices to shop?

No, when you sign into the same account on multiple devices it may result in errors and/or limit you from shopping during the Verified Fan Onsale. Before the sale begins, please double check you are only signed into the Ticketmaster account you registered with on one device.

How many tabs can I have open at once?

Please only open one tab, per show.

You may only use multiple tabs on the same device when shopping for more than one show (if you received an invitation to multiple shows). As a reminder:

  • If you’d like to shop for tickets to multiple shows, you will need to join the Waiting Room for each one.
  • Please only join the Waiting Room once and only use one tab per show to reduce any delays.
  • Once you join the Waiting Room, do not close your page.

Is it true only one device is allowed per WiFi network and others will be blocked?

No. Fans using a public or shared WiFi network, no matter how many people are sharing, will NOT be blocked from shopping for tickets. We encourage everyone to sign into their own Ticketmaster account and join the Waiting Room 10 minutes before the sale begins.

I got an email telling me that I’m on the Waitlist, what does that mean?

Due to extremely high demand, not all fans who register may be invited to purchase tickets during the Verified Fan Onsale. Should additional tickets become available, a select number of registered fans may be randomly selected to move off the waitlist. If this happens, you will be notified via text message.

Will there be a way to purchase tickets other that the Verified Fan Onsale?

Registering for Verified Fan is the best way to ensure you have a chance to purchase tickets. If you did not register, you will not be able to participate in the Verified Fan Onsale. However, if tickets remain after the Verified Fan Onsale ends at 2PM local time, those tickets will be available to purchase for all fans the same day at 3PM with no code required.

For the shows at Toyota Center (Houston, TX), Wells Fargo Center (Philadelphia, PA), Barclays Center (Brooklyn, NY) and Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse (Cleveland, OH), a General Onsale will begin at 10am local time on their respective on-sale dates with no Verified Fan code required. Visit brucespringsteen.net for more info on these shows.

Why do I see tickets available to purchase on another site before the Verified Fan Sale has even happened?

Many unofficial sellers will list tickets before they even go on sale. This practice is called speculative listing and fans should not trust resellers claiming to have tickets. Those speculative listings are not real tickets in hand. Beware of these sellers. Learn more about spec tickets here.

What are the health check requirements?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer is monitoring local COVID-19 trends and will meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments and local venues. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Check back often for updates to your event venue website as guidelines are subject to change.
