Harry Styles is adding shows at Acrisure Arena on January 31 and February 1.

We expect heavy demand for these shows, so getting your Ticketmaster account verified through Verified Fan will be critical to increasing your chances of getting tickets.

Fans who previously registered for any Harry Styles Love On Tour 2022 events must re-register for the chance to buy tickets to the added shows.

Shopping Tips For All Presales

What device should I use to purchase tickets?

All ticket purchases must be made online. Please be prepared to shop for tickets using your computer, mobile web or Ticketmaster app. Tickets will not be available by phone call or the Alexa skill app for this tour.

Can I sign in to the same Ticketmaster account on multiple devices to shop?

No, when you sign in to the same account on multiple devices it may result in errors and/or limit you from shopping during the Presale. Before the sale begins, please double check you are only signed in to the Ticketmaster account you registered with on one device.

How many tabs can I have open at once?

Please only open one tab, per show.

You may only use multiple tabs on the same device when shopping for more than one show. As a reminder:

If you’d like to shop for tickets to multiple shows, you will need to join the Waiting Room for each one.
Please only join the Waiting Room once and only use one tab per show to reduce any delays.
Once you join the Waiting Room, do not close your page.

Can a group of us share the same WiFi at someone's house/school/etc?

Yes, no matter how many people are sharing a WiFi network, you will NOT be blocked from shopping for tickets. We encourage everyone to sign in to their own Ticketmaster account and join the Waiting Room before the Presale begins.

Can I use public or shared WiFi?

Yes, you may use public or shared WiFi networks. To ensure you have the best experience, please make sure you sign in to your Ticketmaster account and join the Waiting Room 10 minutes before the Presale begins.

Can we use the same credit card across two accounts for tickets?

Yes, you may use the same credit card on multiple accounts as long as you do not exceed the published ticket limit.

Can I give or share my General Verified Fan Presale access code with friends or family

No, your Presale access code is just for you, tied to your Ticketmaster account and cannot be shared.

Can I give or share my American Express® Early Access powered by Ticketmaster Verified Fan invitation with friends or family?

No, your presale invitation is just for you. Access to this presale is tied to your Ticketmaster account and cannot be shared.

Why do I see tickets available to purchase on another site before the Verified Fan Presales have even happened?

Many unofficial sellers will list tickets before they even go on sale. This practice is called speculative listing and fans should not trust resellers claiming to have tickets. Those speculative listings are not real tickets in hand. Beware of these sellers. Learn more about spec tickets here.

What’s the difference between American Express® Early Access powered by Ticketmaster Verified Fan and the General Verified Fan Presale?

Registration for American Express Early Access is limited to American Express® Card Members only. An American Express Card is required to proceed with the registration. Card Members will be prompted to sign in with their Ticketmaster account to continue and confirm their Card Member status. If you don’t have your American Express Card on file, you will be able to add it during the registration process. Anyone who is not an American Express Card Member can register for the General Verified Fan Presale.

Why is it not letting me register for American Express® Early Access?

An active American Express Card is required to proceed with the registration. If you are receiving an error, please ensure that you have added an American Express Card to your Payment Options in your Ticketmaster account. Please also ensure that your card is current, and not expired. Once your Payment Options have been updated you may return to the registration page and complete the process.

How do I know what American Express Card Ticketmaster has on file for me?

You can log into your Ticketmaster Account and go to Payment Options to see what American Express Card you have stored.

Do I need a specific kind of American Express Card to register for American Express® Early Access?

No, any active and valid American Express® Card will allow you to register. Please note that Prepaid Cards are not eligible.

Can I register for the Verified Fan Presale outside of the U.S.?

Yes, however you must use a U.S. or Canadian phone number. For additional details on international tour dates visit your local Ticketmaster site or the Harry Styles Official Website for additional ticket details.

How many shows can I register for?

You may register for as many shows as you’d like. When doing so, please be sure to rank your show preferences in order from highest to lowest. Please note: Registering for multiple shows does not guarantee that you will be selected for all shows you’ve ranked. If demand for tickets from verified fans exceeds supply for a given show, invitations may be subject to availability.

Can I change or update the shows I register for?

Yes, you can update your show preferences any time before registration ends. To do so, return to the General Verified Fan or American Express® Early Access registration links and click “edit entry”. Only your last set selections will be considered once registration closes.

I received a confirmation email, what does that mean?

This email is to confirm your details and that we successfully received your registration. Please note that your confirmation email is not an invitation to shop. Once we get closer to the Verified Fan Presale, you’ll receive an email with additional information about your invitation status.

Does registering mean I will get a presale invitation?

No, registering does not guarantee that you will be selected for the chance to purchase tickets during the Verified Fan presales. Due to the limited quantity of tickets available, if demand for tickets exceeds supply, registered fans may be selected at random to participate in the presales.

Does receiving a presale invitation mean I will get tickets?

Receiving a presale invitation means that you’ll have the opportunity to shop for tickets. However, the ability to purchase tickets is determined by supply and demand, and is not guaranteed. Tickets are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

If I get a presale invitation will I be able to shop for more than one show?

If you are selected to participate in one of the Verified Fan presales, you will receive a unique text message for each show you have been invited to shop for. Please follow the instructions included in each text message to shop for your respective show(s).

I received an email saying I’ve been waitlisted, what does that mean?

Due to extremely high demand and limited tickets, not all fans who register may be invited to purchase tickets during Verified Fan.

How will I know if I move off the waitlist?

Should additional tickets become available, a select number of registered fans may be randomly selected to move off the waitlist. If this happens, you will be notified via text message.

Will American Express® Preferred Access options be available?

American Express Preferred Access ticket options may not be available for all events.

If I was selected for American Express® Early Access powered by Ticketmaster Verified Fan, do I need to use an American Express Card to purchase tickets?

Yes, all tickets options available during American Express Early Access powered by Ticketmaster Verified Fan will require an active American Express Card to successfully complete your purchase.

Can I change or update my American Express Card to a different one after I register?

Yes, you may change or update your American Express Card between registering and purchasing tickets. An active American Express Card is required for both though, so please always ensure your Payment Options are up-to-date in your Ticketmaster account.

What are the health check requirements?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizers are monitoring local COVID-19 trends and will meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments and local venues. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination & booster status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Fans who previously registered for the original 5 Moody Center and 5 United Center events do not need to re-register for the added shows. A select number of previously registered fans for both American Express® Early Access and General Verified Fan will be pulled off the waitlist and notified via SMS in each market. Fans will be able to join the Waiting Room with the same Ticketmaster email and password that they registered with at their designated time.

American Express® Early Access powered by Ticketmaster Verified Fan will begin Tuesday, August 30th at 10AM local venue time and runs through 10PM local venue time. Invitations for this presale will be sent out the evening of Monday, August 29th.

How to Get Your Tickets: American Express® Early Access powered by Ticketmaster Verified Fan

The evening of Monday, May 23 registered fans will receive an email from Ticketmaster confirming whether they’ve been verified and selected to participate in the American Express® Early Access powered by Ticketmaster Verified Fan.

If selected, fans will also receive a text message to the number provided during registration. This text will include a link to shop for tickets. Keep an eye out for this text and be careful not to accidentally delete it.

American Express® Early Access powered by Ticketmaster Verified Fan starts on Tuesday, May 24. In an effort to manage wait times for fans, all shows will be assigned specific presale windows which will be communicated to selected fans in their presale invitation.

The Waiting Room will open 10 minutes before each presale window begins. You may only join the Waiting Room using the same Ticketmaster account that you registered with. Attempting to join The Waiting Room with a different Ticketmaster account will not be permitted.

When the sale begins, Card Members in the Waiting Room will be assigned a spot in line. When it is your turn to shop, you will see both American Express® Early Access and American Express® Preferred Access ticket options available.
