I’m trying to sell my US Open tickets, and it’s asking me for a barcode number. Where can I find that barcode number?
You can access the barcode for your 2023 US Open tickets using either the Ticketmaster App, or signing into Ticketmaster.com via the web browser on your mobile phone. If you’re using the app, select the event and then click “Ticket Details” to find your barcode number. If you’re using an internet browser on your mobile phone, select the ticket you want to sell and then select the “i” in the top right corner of the ticket to find your barcode number.


How do I get paid if I sell my 2023 US Open tickets?
If your tickets are sold, Ticketmaster will automatically notify you via email. You can check on the status of your posted 2023 US Open tickets by signing into your Ticketmaster.com account, or using the Ticketmaster App and going to your Listings page. What happens if my 2023 US Open tickets don’t sell?

Why should I set up a Ticketmaster account?
In addition to buying official tickets to the 2023 US Open, your Ticketmaster account allows you to see upcoming events and get updates when your favorite artists, teams or events are happening in your town, or wherever you may be traveling to at the moment. Having a Ticketmaster account also allows you to transfer tickets to friends and family, and receive transferred tickets.


What if I forget my Ticketmaster password?
If you forget your password to log in to your Ticketmaster account, select “Forgot Password” at the sign in page and enter the email address associated with your Ticketmaster account. A link will then be emailed to you to reset your password.

What is the difference between a multi-session ticket plan and single-session tickets for the 2023 US Open?
Single-session tickets allow you to experience the US Open for a specific session. Multi-session ticket plans allow you to lock in your seat for more than one-session at the US Open.. Choose from a variety of options for your multi-session ticket plans, including plans to access all of the First week, all of the holiday weekend, all sessions in Louis Armstrong Stadium and more. What is the best way to get to the US Open at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center?
The 2023 US Open will take place at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center — a stadium complex within Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens, New York. Once you’re in New York City, the best way to get to Flushing Meadows is by using mass transit to make your trip to the US Open convenient and cost-effective.

Subway: The 7 train provides service from Grand Central Terminal to Mets-Willets Point Station, including connections for all Metro-North Trains from Westchester and Connecticut. Service is also available from the Port Authority Bus Terminal.

Long Island Rail Road: LIRR provides easy service to Mets-Willets Point Station from Woodside, and convenient connections from Penn Station for New Jersey Transit customers. For guests with disabilities, get off the LIRR train at 61st Street-Woodside Station and transfer to the 7 train. Take the 7 train to Mets-Willets Point Station.

  • Aerosol cans or noise-making devices
  • Alcohol
  • Video cameras or recording devices (exception: cell phones and SLR cameras with video or recording capabilities)
  • Computers or laptops
  • Weapons (regardless of permit)
  • Animals (exception: a service animal)
  • Flags, banners or signs
  • Any materials, items or apparel constituting unauthorized advertising or promotion
  • Laser pointing devices
  • Tennis racquets
  • Drones (UAS-Unmanned Aircraft Systems) or other model aircraft
  • Selfie-sticks or other telescopic devices
  • Any other items deemed dangerous or inappropriate by US Open personnel, in their sole discretion

What does it mean if an event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved?

What is Ticketmaster’s refund policy?
All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances. Before purchasing tickets to the 2023 US Open, make sure to carefully review your event and seat section. Policies set forth by the Event Organizers generally prohibit Ticketmaster from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased, or for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets. If you purchased a verified resale ticket through Ticketmaster or Live Nation, and your event is postponed, rescheduled, canceled, or moved, you will receive a notification explaining any refund and/or credit options available to you. There will be four qualifying session rounds for the 2023 US Open, taking place from Tuesday, August 22, to Friday, August 25. In the Main Draw of the 2023 US Open, the rounds will include:

  • Men’s & Women’s 2nd Round: August 30-August 31
  • Men’s & Women’s 3rd Round: September 1–2
  • Men’s & Women’s Round of 16: September 3–4
