How Ticketing Works For Pearl Jam’s 2023 U.S. Tour

Pearl Jam is using Ticketmaster Request to power this fan club presale. Ticketmaster Request is a simple way to request tickets to popular shows, so you don’t have to compete in a first-come, first-served sale. You can take your time to review the available options and request the right tickets for you. All you need to do is tell us which show(s) you’re interested in, the type of ticket you want and your payment details. If tickets that match your request are available, your card will be charged, and we’ll email you instructions on how to claim them. Note: each show you are confirmed for will be charged separately by Ticketstoday; the charge will appear as Ticketstoday*Pearl Jam.

Complete your request in three easy steps. First, tell us what shows and tickets you’re interested in. Then, provide a credit card to complete your ticket request. If your request is fulfilled, your card will be charged and we’ll email you a confirmation with instructions on how to claim your tickets during the week of April 24. Note: Tickets will not show in your Ticketmaster account until all seating assignments are finalized.

Eligible Ten Club members will receive an email from Ten Club with the info. You can also find the presale info on the Member News page. The Ten Club ticket request is for eligible Ten Club members only with active membership accounts as of Wednesday, April 19, 2023.

Yes. By submitting a ticket request for any show, you are committing to purchase the ticket(s) should your request be fulfilled. For example, if you enter for five shows, it is possible your request can be fulfilled for all five shows in which case your credit card will immediately be charged for tickets to all five shows. However, you can only purchase up to two Ten Club tickets for each individual show. All tickets are non-transferable* and non-refundable.

*Does not apply to shows in Illinois.

To level the playing field, ticket requests are fulfilled in a randomized selection process while still considering show priority.

ADA seating locations will vary by venue.  There is no ADA seating in the GA PIT at any of the shows.

Pearl Jam has asked Ticketmaster to ensure their fans have access to tickets at face value and to achieve this they have directed that tickets be restricted from transfer.* On the night of the show, all guests will be required to enter with the ticket purchaser. For fans that can’t use the tickets they have purchased, Pearl Jam and Ticketmaster will offer a Face Value Ticket Exchange for every city beginning at a later date. Fans outside of the U.S. who sell their tickets on the Face Value Exchange may receive a delayed payment by check. Illinois has laws that prohibit artists from being able to restrict the transfer of their tickets. For shows in this state, Pearl Jam strongly encourages fans to choose to only buy or sell tickets to one another on face value exchanges — including Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange.

Yes, requests can be canceled via the ‘My Requests’ page, located in the menu in the top right corner of the request page. If you place a new request, your previous request will be canceled automatically. Requests may be canceled until Sunday, April 23 at 5 p.m. PT.

Ten Club members may request up to two (2) tickets per show for this tour. When shopping for tickets during the Verified Fan Onsale, you may purchase up to four (4) tickets per show.

Charges will begin on Monday, April 24 and end on Tuesday, April 25 — you will only be charged if your request is fulfilled. To avoid declined transactions, please make sure your card has available funds to cover your maximum total.

As a reminder: Ten Club has secured the majority of tickets for this presale. Your request may be fulfilled for ALL the shows you selected, at which point you will be charged for the maximum total provided in your summary. Each show you are confirmed for will be charged separately by Ticketstoday; the charge will appear as Ticketstoday*Pearl Jam.

We’ll only keep the details of your last submission. If you’d like to adjust any part of your ticket request, a new request must be submitted. Once your request has been fulfilled, we will immediately process your credit card and assign seats. Reserved Seating is based on Ten Club seniority in the fan club. Ticket confirmations will be sent out on a show-by-show basis over the course of two days, beginning Monday, April 24 and ending Tuesday, April 25. Pearl Jam is using Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan technology to ensure more tickets get into the hands of concertgoers. Verified Fan requires registration, ahead of the Onsale to help filter out buyers looking to resell tickets, and instead get them to fans who are going to attend the show.

Yes. You are also encouraged to register for the Verified Fan Onsale for an additional opportunity to get tickets for the 2023 U.S. Tour. The Verified Fan Onsale takes place on Friday, April 28 at 10 a.m. local venue time, after all confirmed Ten Club requests have been processed. Registration does not guarantee ticket access. Registration is now open and will close on Tuesday, April 25 at 5 p.m. PT.

If you’d like to have another opportunity to shop for tickets, register for the Verified Fan Onsale. Fans who are invited to the Verified Fan Onsale will be provided a unique access code to shop for tickets on Friday, April 28 at 10 a.m. local venue time. Yes, international fans who create a Ticketmaster.com account can submit a Ten Club ticket request. However, we may limit the availability of the Site or any service or product described on the Site to any person or geographic area at any time. By registering for a Verified Fan Onsale, you are letting us know that you’re interested in purchasing tickets. From the registration page, you sign in to your account, select your preferred show(s) and register your email and phone number. Once completed, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email letting you know that we got your request. It’s quick, easy and free to sign up.

Next, Ticketmaster vets each request by confirming it belongs to an individual — not a bot — and that it hasn’t been tied to irregular behaviors that could be a sign of a professional seller attempting to access the sale.

When demand exceeds availability, a lottery-style process will determine which registered Verified Fans get an access code for the sale, and which are put on a waitlist. You’ll receive an email the day prior to the ticket sale letting you know which group you’re in.

• Access Code: If you receive an access code, it will be sent via text message. It is unique to your account, and will not work if anyone else enters it — do not try to sell or trade your code. Do not buy codes from anyone else. 
• Waitlist: If tickets remain, we may text you an access code to join the ticket sale. The lottery-style process will be used to determine who gets off the waitlist.

While it doesn’t guarantee that all Verified Fans will get tickets, it does significantly block bots and professional resellers from competing against fans for tickets during the sale.

You may register for up to 9 shows. When doing so, please be sure to rank your show preferences in order from highest to lowest.

If selected, you’ll be invited to purchase for up to 9 of the shows you’ve ranked. If demand for tickets from Verified Fans exceeds supply, a lottery-style process to determine which registered Verified Fans get an access code and which fans are placed on the waitlist.

Only one registration is required, and registering more than once won’t increase your opportunity to receive an invitation. If after you’ve registered, you want to change the dates you selected, just come back and register with your new picks. We only keep the last registration you submitted.

No, you won’t be disqualified. If you edit your registration more than once to correct a mistake, such as changing the show you previously selected, we only keep the last registration that you submitted.

No, registration does not guarantee tickets. The registration confirmation email is simply to inform you that we have received your information and will be working to verify your account.

A second email will be sent the day before the Verified Fan Onsale letting you know if you will receive a unique access code or if you’ve been placed on the waitlist.

On the evening of Thursday, April 27, you’ll receive an email confirming whether you’ve been verified and whether you’ve also been selected to participate in the Verified Fan Onsale. If you are verified and selected, you will also receive a text with your personal access code.

No, that code was sent to you to verify your phone number at registration. It is not a unique Verified Fan code and cannot be used to purchase tickets.

No. Registration for Verified Fan allows Ticketmaster to authenticate your account and places your request into a lottery-style process to determine which registered Verified Fans get an access code and which fans are placed on the waitlist. Access to tickets is not guaranteed.

If you’re selected, you’ll receive a unique access code and link to the sale via text message. If you aren’t selected, you’ll be automatically placed on a waitlist and may be invited to join the sale if tickets remain.

No. Receiving an access code means that you’ll have the opportunity to join the sale. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis so they may sell out.

While we suggest you purchase as soon as you are able, we understand there may be some planning involved.

The ticket limit for the Verified Fan Onsale is four (4) tickets per show.

PJ Premium seats are located in a variety of preferred locations and account for approximately 10% of ticket inventory per show. They are priced at market rate to offset increased touring costs while also keeping prices low for the rest of the ticket inventory. PJ Premium tickets will be available through Verified Fan along with regularly priced tickets.

Seating options vary depending on the event or venue and in some cases may not be available until tickets go on sale. Visit the event page on Ticketmaster to learn more about seating options and maps.

Keep your phone close by as your text notification can come at any time after the sale begins. When notified, you’ll receive a text message that has the link to the sale and contains your unique access code. You’ll also want to closely watch your email just in case there are text delivery issues such as an incorrectly entered number or blocked carriers. In that case we’ll email your access code details to the address you use for your Ticketmaster account.
