Olivia Rodrigo Announces GUTS world tour: Ticket Information

Update: 9.19.23

Registration for Olivia Rodrigo’s GUTS world tour is now closed.

There has been massive fan demand for Olivia Rodrigo’s GUTS world tour, and even after the tour added 20 additional dates to meet the demand, there are still more fans who registered than there are tickets available. Due to demand, a limited number of fans will get access to the sale based on ticket availability and the majority of fans will be placed on the waitlist.

Every effort is made to give fans who are invited an opportunity to shop. If any tickets remain after the initial group of fans are given the opportunity to shop, we will begin moving additional fans off of the waitlist and inviting them to shop the sale.

Key Dates To Know

  1. Registration for American Express® Early Access and the Registration Onsale closed on Sunday, September 17 at 10 pm ET.
  2. Invitations for American Express® Early Access will be sent by the evening of Tuesday, September 19.
  3. American Express® Early Access to see Olivia Rodrigo takes place on Wednesday, September 20.
  4. Invitations for the Registration Onsale will be sent by the evening of Wednesday, September 20.
  5. The Registration Onsale takes place on Thursday, September 21.

Registration does not, however, guarantee that every fan will get access to the sale. We expect there will be more demand than there are tickets available. A limited number of randomly selected fans will get access to the sale, and others will be put on the waitlist. Getting access to the sale doesn’t guarantee tickets. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How do I register for Olivia Rodrigo’s GUTS world tour?

Registration is now closed.

Please remember: This sale can only be accessed by the randomly selected individuals who registered and received a unique access code.

Registering does not guarantee you’ll get a code, and receiving a code does not guarantee you will get a ticket.

If you were waitlisted you may still be invited to future opportunities if tickets remain.

Common Questions

What happens if I’m on the waiting list?

There are often far more fans registered than there are tickets available, and in that case the majority of  fans are placed on the waitlist.

Sometimes, if tickets remain, additional fans may be randomly selected from the waitlist for future ticketing opportunities.

How will I know if I move off the waitlist?

Should additional tickets be available, fans may be randomly selected to move off the waitlist.

I got an email saying I’m on the waitlist, what does that mean?

When demand exceeds availability, random selection will determine which registered fans receive a unique access code and which are put on the waitlist.

If you’re currently on the waitlist, stay tuned — you may still have a chance to shop for tickets.

What’s the difference between American Express® Early Access and the Registration Onsale?

Registration for American Express Early Access is limited to American Express Card Members only. An American Express Card is required to proceed with the registration. Card Members will be prompted to sign in with their Ticketmaster account to continue and confirm their Card Member status. If you don’t have your American Express Card on file, you will be able to add it during the registration process. Anyone who is not an American Express Card Member can register for the registration onsale.

I received a confirmation email, what does that mean?

This email is to confirm your details and that we successfully received your registration. Please note that your confirmation email is not an invitation to shop. Once we get closer to the sales, you’ll receive an email with additional information about your invitation status.

Does registering mean I will get an invitation to purchase tickets?

No, registering does not guarantee that you will be selected for the chance to purchase tickets during the sales. Due to the limited quantity of tickets available, if demand for tickets exceeds supply, registered fans may be selected at random to participate in the sales.

Does receiving an invitation mean I will get tickets?

Receiving an invitation means that you’ll have the opportunity to shop for tickets. However, the ability to purchase tickets is determined by supply and demand, and is not guaranteed. Tickets are available on a first-come-first-served basis.

If I am selected to shop for tickets, will I be able to buy for more than one show?

If you are selected to participate in one of the sales, you will receive a unique text message for each show you have been invited to shop for. Please follow the instructions included in each text message to shop for your respective show(s).

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets will go on sale on Thursday, September 21. Only those who were sent a link and unique code will be able to access the waiting room and queue. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

How do I access the ticket sale once I get a unique access code?

If you’ve received a sale link and unique access code, follow these steps:

  • Using the link provided to you via text, you can join the Waiting Room up to 30 minutes prior to your sale opening.
  • Sign in to your Ticketmaster account with the same email and password used for your registration — this is used to confirm you have access to the sale. Only those who were sent a link and unique code will be able to access the waiting room and queue.
  • When the sale opens, you will be placed in a virtual line.
  • Once it’s your turn, enter your access code exactly as it appears, and join the sale.

Remember: Access to the ticket sale does not guarantee you will be able to purchase tickets.

Why do I see tickets for sale before the Amex Early Access sale has even happened?

Many unofficial sellers will list tickets before they even go on sale. This practice is called speculative listing and fans should not trust resellers claiming to have tickets. Those speculative listings are not real tickets in hand. Beware of these sellers. Learn more about spec tickets here.

When should I expect my access code?

If you are selected to receive an access code, you will receive a code via SMS the evening before the ticket sales begins. This message will include information on when the sale starts, a salelink, and your unique, non-transferrable access code.

Can I share my access code with my friends or family?

No. Your access code is unique to your account, and for this reason, you cannot share your code with friends or family. Do not trust anyone selling an access code, as codes cannot be purchased or transferred.

Tickets have gone on sale, I registered and never received my access code?

Registering does not guarantee you will receive an access code nor that you will have the ability to purchase tickets. Please note, we expect there will be more demand than there are tickets available. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis.

Why didn’t my access code work?

Please make sure you entered the correct code and have not exceeded the ticket limit. Due to demand, all events have a ticket limit to allow more fans like you to get tickets.

What happens if I’m on the waiting list?

There are often far more fans registered than there are tickets available, and in that case more fans placed on the waitlist than randomly selected for access.

Sometimes, if there are tickets available, additional fans will be randomly selected from the waitlist for access and receive an email with a unique access code and purchase link. Keep in mind, your notification may come at any time after tickets originally went on sale.

How will I know if I move off the waitlist?

Should additional tickets become available, a select number of registered fans may be randomly selected to move off the waitlist. If this happens, you will be notified via text message.

If I was selected for American Express® Early Access, do I need to use an American Express Card to purchase tickets?

Yes, all tickets options available during American Express Early Access will require an active American Express Card to successfully complete your purchase.

Can I change or update my American Express Card to a different one after I register?

Yes, you may change or update your American Express Card between registering and purchasing tickets. An active American Express Card is required for both though, so please always ensure your Payment Options are up-to-date in your Ticketmaster account.

How much will tickets cost?

Standard tickets will range from $49.50 – $199.50 plus taxes and applicable fees in the U.S. Additional ticket options including a limited number of Charity Platinum and VIP packages will be available for purchase as well, with a portion of the proceeds from all ticket sales going to Olivia Rodrigo’s Fund 4 Good.

If my parent uses their credit card to buy tickets for me, do they need to attend the show and bring their card?

No. The tickets will be in the Ticketmaster account holder’s account. (Remember, receiving a code does not guarantee tickets.)
