Armory

Armory is steps away from U.S. Bank Stadium, just across 5th St from The Commons. As its name implies, the historic venue was originally built by the Public Works Administration in 1936 as a National Guard armory. Nowadays, it serves as a hub for live music, attracting a wide variety of artists like Jordan Davis, LANY, Sum 41, Zedd and Maverick City Music.

Varsity Theater

State Theatre

Another historic building in downtown Minneapolis, the State Theatre’s history dates back to 1921, and includes a past life as a movie theater boasting the largest screen west of the Mississippi River.
