Since 1965, thousands of concerts have been held on the site of the onetime ski resort site Bald Hill. The 7,000-capacity Long Island Community Hospital Amphitheater was built in the resort’s former ski bowl during the late ’80s, offering music and art exhibitions in a 20-acre space.
