There will be two ways to shop for tickets in the U.S.:

  1. Ten Club members can request tickets in the Ten Club Presale*
  2. All other fans can sign up for the Artist Presale

To continue to protect fans’ access to fairly priced tickets, Pearl Jam is offering the majority of tickets to its Ten Club members and using the Fan-to-Fan Face Value Exchange to cap resale at the original price paid. Additionally, approximately 10% of tickets will be sold through PJ Premium to offset increased costs. Tickets on this tour will continue to be non-transferable.

Pearl Jam continues to use all-in pricing and the ticket price shown includes fees. Any applicable taxes will be added at checkout. 

*Eligibility: Only paid Ten Club members active as of Wednesday, December 4 by 11:59 p.m. PT can request tickets in the Ten Club Presale.

To participate in the Ten Club Presale, you must request tickets by Monday, December 9 at 10 a.m. PT.

To participate in the Artist Presale, you must sign up by Tuesday, December 10 at 10 a.m. PT.

How to Get Tickets

Pearl Jam Ten Club Members-Only Presale

What is a ticket request?

To give fans more flexibility Pearl Jam is inviting Ten Club members to request tickets for the Dark Matter US Tour 2025 in the Ten Club Presale.

Just choose the shows you want to see and the tickets that are right for you. After the request window closes on Monday, December 9 at 10 a.m. PT, we’ll let you know if any of your requested tickets have been fulfilled, and your card will be charged.

Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee tickets but it’s a convenient way to request tickets at a time that suits you. If the tickets within your request can’t be fulfilled, your card will not be charged. Note: each show you are confirmed for will be charged separately by Ticketmaster; the charge will appear as Ticketmaster*Pearl Jam.

How do I request tickets in the Ten Club Presale?

Complete your request in three easy steps. First, tell us what shows and tickets you’re interested in. Then, provide a credit card to complete your ticket request. If any of the tickets within your request are fulfilled, your card will be charged and we’ll email you a confirmation by Wednesday, December 11. Note: tickets will not show in your Ticketmaster account until all seating assignments are finalized.

Where can I request tickets for the Ten Club Presale?

Eligible Ten Club members will receive an email from Ten Club with the details. The information will also be available on the Ten Club member news page. Only Ten Club members with active membership as of Wednesday, December 4 by 11:59 p.m. PT can request tickets.

Is there a cutoff date to become a Ten Club member to be eligible the Ten Club Presale?

Yes. Only Ten Club members with active membership as of Wednesday, December 4 by 11:59 p.m. PT can request tickets in the Ten Club Presale. However, all fans can sign up for the Artist Presale. The Artist Presale sign up window closes on Tuesday, December 10 at 10 a.m. PT.

Can I request tickets for more than one city?

Yes. By requesting tickets for any show, you are committing to purchase the ticket(s) should they be fulfilled. For example, if you request tickets for five shows, it is possible your tickets will be fulfilled for all five shows in which case your credit card will immediately be charged for tickets to all five shows. However, you can only purchase up to two Ten Club tickets for each individual show. All tickets will be non-transferable.

Can I get tickets to both shows in a city that has multiple performance dates?

Yes. For cities where there are two performance dates, you can request tickets to both shows and may have your tickets fulfilled for both.

My friend and I are both Ten Club Members. We both want to request a pair of tickets each. Can we both request tickets using the same Ticketmaster account?

No, each member must request tickets using their own Ten Club account & their own Ticketmaster account.

How will tickets be determined for Ten Club members?

To level the playing field, tickets are fulfilled through a randomized selection process. If selected for seated tickets, tickets will be assigned based on Ten Club seniority within the purchased price level.

Where are the tickets located?

Ten Club tickets are located in a variety of locations. We anticipate ticket demand to exceed the number of tickets available. To improve your chances of getting Ten Club tickets, select as many ticket types as you are willing to purchase.

What is the GA Pit or Reserved - Standing or Seating option?

Select this option if you are willing to stand in GA or sit through the show as you may be selected for either. If selected for GA standing tickets, you will receive early entry at a predetermined GA only door, at venues where early entry is permitted. If selected for Reserved Seating, your tickets will be assigned based on seniority in Ten Club.

What is the Reserved - Seating option?

Reserved seating tickets are assigned to Ten Club members based on seniority in the fan club, starting closest to the stage and extending to the arena floor and upper levels. To accommodate as many members as possible, seating may include uppermost seats and prime locations. Members with reserved seating will enter the venue at the public door time..

What types of ADA Seating are available?

You can select ADA seating during the seat selection process when requesting tickets in the The Ten Club Presale. Locations will vary by venue and are typically very limited. There is no ADA seating in the GA PIT at any of the shows.

Can I transfer or sell tickets I can’t use?

All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Pearl Jam has asked Ticketmaster to ensure their fans have access to tickets at the original price paid, to achieve this they have directed that tickets be non-transferable. On the night of the show, all guests will be required to enter with the ticket purchaser.

The tour will also use Ticketmaster’s Face Value Exchange so that fans that can’t use the tickets they have purchased, can resell their tickets to other fans at the original price paid. This will be available for every city beginning at a later date. You must have a valid bank account or debit card within the country of the event(s) in order to sell the tickets on Ticketmaster. Is there a deadline to list my tickets for sale for Pearl Jam?

When available, tickets may be listed up until one hour after the event start time. However, the sooner you can list your tickets the better opportunity for them to be purchased by another fan. An hour after the event has started any tickets that have not sold will be placed back into your account and will be available for you to use.

What happens if my tickets don’t sell for Pearl Jam?

Once listed, your tickets will be available to purchase until one hour after the start of the event. Once that time has passed, any tickets that have not sold will be placed back into your account and will be available for you to use.

Who do I contact if I have questions about my Ten Club Presale ticket request?

We’re here to help. Contact Ten Club’s Ticketmaster Presale Support at tenclubsupport@ticketmaster.com. When emailing, be sure to include your receipt number and the name listed on your ticket request.

I need to adjust my Ten Club Presale ticket request, what should I do?

To adjust any part of your request, a new request must be submitted. To do so, go back to the site, sign in and submit a new request. We’ll only keep the details of your last request. The deadline to submit a new or updated request is Monday, December 9 at 10 a.m. PT.

Can I cancel my Ten Club Presale ticket request?

Yes, requests can be canceled via the ‘My Requests’ page, located in the menu in the top right corner of the request page. If you place a new request, your previous request will be canceled automatically. Requests may be canceled until Monday, December 9 at 10 a.m. PT.

What is the maximum number of tickets I can request per show?

Ten Club members may request up to two (2) tickets per show for this tour. When shopping for tickets during the Artist Presale, you may purchase up to four (4) additional tickets per arena show.

When will you charge my card?

Charges will be attempted between December 10 and December 11 — you will only be charged if your request is fulfilled. To avoid declined transactions, please make sure your card has available funds to cover your maximum total.

As a reminder: Ten Club has secured the majority of tickets where possible. Your tickets may be fulfilled for ALL the shows within your request, at which point you will be charged for the maximum total provided in your summary. You will be charged separately for each show if your tickets are fulfilled. The credit card charge will appear on your statement as Ticketstoday*Pearl Jam.

I submitted duplicate requests by accident. What should I do?

We’ll only keep the details of your last submitted request. If you’d like to adjust any part of your ticket request, a new request must be submitted. To do so go back to the site, sign in, and submit a new request. The deadline to submit new requests is Monday, December 9 at 10 a.m. PT.

Can I confirm my seats before my credit card is charged? What if I don’t like the tickets I get?

If tickets within request can be fulfilled, we will immediately charge your credit card and assign seats. Reserved Seating is based on Ten Club seniority in the fan club. Please do not request tickets for any cities, shows, or ticket types that you do not actually wish to purchase. Please note: All sales are final. All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

I’m having trouble getting past the Ticketmaster sign in on the Ten Club ticket request site.

If you are successfully entering your email address and password but not allowed to continue, please make sure that your browser settings allow 3rd party cookies. Please be sure to use the link sent to you via email or on the Ten Club Member News page.

If my request is fulfilled, how will I get my tickets?

Ticket confirmations will be sent out on a show-by-show basis by the evening of December 11. Please follow the Ten Club presale timeline for updates. If tickets within your request are fulfilled, we will notify you by email and immediately charge the credit card you provided. You will receive a separate email with instructions to view your tickets. Note: tickets will not show in your Ticketmaster account until all seating assignments are finalized.

My credit card got charged but I haven’t received an email confirming my order yet, what should I do?

Please search your email for tenclubsupport@ticketmaster.com. Also, your credit card company may be slightly ahead. We will notify you by email of your ticket request status and next steps. If you don’t receive your confirmation details within 24 hours, please email Ten Club’s Ticketmaster Support at tenclubsupport@ticketmaster.com. Please be sure to include your receipt number and the name listed on the request summary. Note: tickets will not show in your Ticketmaster account until all seating assignments are finalized.

Is the Ten Club Presale for Ten Club members only?

Yes. For Pearl Jam’s Dark Matter US Tour 2025 shows, only eligible Ten Club members may request tickets in the Ten Club Presale. If you are not an eligible Ten Club member, you can sign up for the Artist Presale any time before Tuesday, December 10 at 10 a.m. PT.

If I requested tickets in the Ten Club Presale can I also sign up for the Artist Presale that happens on December 13?

Yes. Everyone is encouraged to sign up for the Artist Presale for an additional opportunity to shop for tickets. This sale will take place after all Ten Club ticket requests have been processed. You can sign up for the Artist Presale any time before Tuesday, December 10 at 10 a.m. PT.

What happens if I don’t get tickets fulfilled during the Ten Club Presale?

If you’d like another opportunity to shop for tickets, sign up for the Artist Presale by 10 a.m. PT on December 10.

Can international fans request tickets to shows in the U.S.?

Yes, eligible international Ten Club members can submit a request in the Ten Club Presale. However, we may limit the availability of the site or any service or product described on the site to any person or geographic area at any time. Artist Presale on December 13

Pearl Jam is asking fans to sign up for the Artist Presale. Any fan that signs up for the Artist Presale has the opportunity to join the sale.

The sign-up window is open now until Tuesday, December 10 at 10 a.m. PT.

How do I sign up for the Pearl Jam Artist Presale?

Visit the Pearl Jam Artist Presale sign up page. You can sign up any time before the sign up window closes on Tuesday, December 10 at 10 a.m. PT.”]

From their sign up page, follow these steps:

  1. Sign into your My Account.
  2. Select the check box for up to five shows you’d like to join the presale for.
  3. Review your selections for the correct date, time zones and location.
  4. Click Sign Up.
  5. Make sure you see the confirmation page.

You’re all set. We’ll email you a reminder the day before your presales with a link to join.

Will signing up for the Artist Presale guarantee I get tickets?

No, signing up for the presale only allows you to participate in the presales you selected. This doesn’t guarantee that you’ll get tickets.

Can I change my selections after I’ve submitted them?

Yes, you can edit your selections up until the sign up window closes. Once the deadline has passed, your submission is set. You can find a link to your selections on the artist’s page on Ticketmaster.

How will I know if I have access to the presale?

If you sign up, you’ll have access to join the presales you selected. Only fans who sign up in advance can join. We’ll also email you a reminder before the sale starts.

Is this presale my only chance to shop for tickets to the Dark Matter US Tour 2025?

No, if you are an eligible Pearl Jam Ten Club member you can also request tickets in the Ten Club Presale. More details can be found here.

Preparing for the sale

For the best buying experience, make sure you have:

How do I shop during the Artist Presale?

The day before your Artist Presales, we’ll send you an email reminder with a link to your selected presales. We recommend joining the waiting room 15 minutes prior to the event going on sale.

When you’re ready, follow these steps:

  1. Follow your link.
  2. Sign in to the TM account used to sign up for the sale.
  3. Join the waiting room.
  4. When the sale begins, you’ll be given a place in line.
  5. Once it’s your turn to shop, use the map to select your seats and then proceed to checkout.
What is the ticket limit?

The ticket limit for the sale is four (4) tickets per arena show.

What is PJ Premium?

PJ Premium seats are located in a variety of preferred locations and account for approximately 10% of ticket inventory per show. They are priced at market rate to offset increased costs while also keeping prices low for the rest of the ticket inventory. PJ Premium tickets will only be available through Ticketmaster’s Artist Pre-Sale along with regularly priced tickets.

How can I get the seating map in advance?

Seating options vary depending on the event or venue and in some cases may not be available until tickets go on sale. Visit the event page on Ticketmaster to learn more about seating options and maps.
