What happens if a game is postponed or rescheduled?

Full refunds will be available if a game is canceled and it cannot be replayed, or if it is played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending. If a game is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets may be valid for the new date, so hang onto them and we will keep you posted. In addition to our standard Purchase Policy, our Supplemental Terms apply. Please also note that additional ticket terms and conditions of the applicable NFL club apply. If I can’t make the game, can I sell my tickets on Ticketmaster?

If for some reason you can’t make the game, you can sell your tickets on Ticketmaster directly from your account. When you visit your account, if you see a “Sell” button on your order, you’ll be able to see your tickets verified through Ticketmaster. Just click the button to set your price and list your tickets. When your tickets sell, we’ll make sure you receive the correct funds via direct deposit after the event. You can also edit or remove your listing anytime.

I bought tickets to a preseason game before it was announced as canceled. Are my tickets still valid?

If you purchased tickets from Ticketmaster to a preseason game before it was announced as canceled, your tickets are no longer valid. Ticketmaster will send an email to notify you of the change, and issue a refund to your original method of payment.

What are fan-to-fan resale tickets?

You may purchase 100% verified tickets from other fans for many events listed with Ticketmaster. If you purchased a verified resale ticket with Ticketmaster, we’ll reissue a new ticket just for you, eliminating the need for photocopies or any manual transfer. Please note, if you’re buying Verified Resale Tickets, we can’t guarantee that other fans will be socially distanced from you.

How do NFL season tickets work?

If I’m a 2023 NFL season ticket holder, do I also get access to tickets to the playoffs?

Since playoff matchups are not determined until the regular season is complete, playoff tickets are not typically included in your 2023 NFL Season tickets. However, season ticket holders will have the opportunity to register to purchase playoff tickets when they become available. Ticketmaster will also have a wide selection of playoff tickets once the regular season has completed and the playoff matchups are determined. How many games will be played during the 2023 NFL Season?

There will be a total of 272 games played during the 2023 NFL regular season. The season kicks off on Thursday, September 7, and will feature 18 weeks of games. The regular season concludes with 16 division games in week 18.

Will Virtual Commemorative Tickets be available for the 2023 NFL Season?

The NFL will once again give fans access to a free virtual commemorative ticket in the form of an NFT (non-fungible token) when they buy a seat and attend select NFL games this season. Stay tuned for further information on which NFL games will offer Virtual Commemorative Tickets this season.

Who is eligible for a Virtual Commemorative Ticket?

Select games are eligible for Virtual Commemorative Tickets. If a game you attended is selected, and you are eligible, the NFL will email you with additional details. Virtual Commemorative Tickets will be available to fans who scanned in to the game using a Ticketmaster Safetix ticket that they purchased on their own account. Stay tuned for further information on which NFL games will offer Virtual Commemorative Tickets this season. 

(Note: Only one Virtual Commemorative Ticket is available per account holder per game, regardless of the number of tickets purchased. Only ticket purchasers — not ticket transfer recipients — are eligible to receive a Virtual Commemorative Ticket. Fans must attend the game and scan their ticket to receive the Virtual Commemorative Ticket.)
