Eddie Vedder Announces New Dates for 2023

Eddie Vedder will be returning to the solo stage to raise support for EB Research Partnership (EBRP). The shows will take place Monday, October 23 and Tuesday, October 24 at Benaroya Hall in Seattle with all proceeds donated to EBRP.^

There will be two main ways to shop for tickets:

  1. Ten Club Members-Only* Presale powered by Ticketmaster Request — tap here to get started.
  2. Eddie Vedder Registered Onsale — tap here to register.

Eddie Vedder continues to try to protect fans’ access to fairly priced tickets by providing presale tickets to Ten Club members, making tickets non-transferable, and by selling approximately 10% of tickets through Eddie Vedder Premium at the market rate to offset increased costs. Tickets on this tour will continue to be non-transferable.

*Eligibility: Only paid Ten Club members active as of Sunday, August 20 are eligible to participate in the Ten Club Ticketmaster Request presale.

To participate, you must place your ticket request for the Ten Club presale and/or register for the Onsale no later than Tuesday, August 22 at 5 p.m. PT.

Ticketstoday is the official provider of Ticketmaster Request and is a Ticketmaster company.

How to Get Tickets

Ten Club Members-Only Presale powered by Ticketmaster Request

What is Ticketmaster Request?

Eddie Vedder is using Ticketmaster Request to power this fan club presale. Ticketmaster Request is a simple way to request tickets to popular shows, so you don’t have to compete in a first-come, first-served sale. You can take your time to review the available options and request the right tickets for you. All you need to do is tell us which show(s) you’re interested in, the type of ticket you want and your payment details. If tickets that match your request are available, your card will be charged, and we’ll email you instructions on how to claim them. Note: The show you are confirmed for will be charged by Ticketstoday; the charge will appear as Ticketstoday*E Vedder.

How does the Ten Club ticket request work?

Complete your request in three easy steps. First, tell us what shows and tickets you’re interested in. Then, provide a credit card to complete your ticket request. If your request is fulfilled, your card will be charged and we’ll email you a confirmation to view your tickets in your Ticketmaster account by the end of Friday, August 25. Note: Tickets will not show in your Ticketmaster account until all seating assignments are finalized.

How do I unlock access to the Ten Club ticket request?

Eligible Ten Club members will receive an email from Ten Club with the info. You can also find the presale info on the Member News page. The Ten Club ticket request is for eligible Ten Club members only with active membership accounts as of Sunday, August 20, 2023.

Is there a cutoff date to become a Ten Club member for the ticket request?

Yes. All fans must be a Ten Club paid member, current as of Sunday, August 20, 2023. However, all fans can register for the Onsale before Tuesday, August 22 at 5 p.m. PT— tap here to get started.

How will tickets be determined for Ten Club members?

To level the playing field, ticket requests are fulfilled through a randomized selection process while still considering show priority.

What types of ADA Seating is available?

ADA seating locations will vary by venue.

Can I transfer or sell tickets I can’t use?

All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

To give fans the best chance to buy tickets at face value, the artist has requested tickets to this event be mobile only and restricted from transfer. If you purchase a ticket and can’t attend, you can list your ticket for sale at the price you paid on our Face Value Ticket Exchange. However, you must have a valid bank account or debit card within the country of this event. For more info on Face Value Ticket Exchange, click here.

Who do I contact if I have questions about my ticket request?

We’re here to help. Contact Ten Club’s Ticketmaster Presale Support at tenclubsupport@ticketmaster.com. When emailing, be sure to include your receipt number and the name listed on your request summary.

I need to adjust my Ten Club ticket request, what should I do?

To adjust any part of your request, a new request must be submitted. To do so, tap here to go back to the site, sign in and submit a new request. We’ll only keep the details of your last submission. The deadline to submit a new or updated request is Tuesday, August 22 at 5 p.m. PT.

Can I cancel my ticket request?

Yes, requests can be canceled via the “My Requests” page, located in the menu in the top right corner of the request page. If you place a new request, your previous request will be canceled automatically. Requests may be canceled until Tuesday, August 22 at 5 p.m. PT.

What is the maximum number of tickets I can request per show?

To provide tickets to as many fans as possible, there is a one show limit. Ten Club members may request up to two tickets per night for both shows but it is only possible to be selected for one of the two nights.

When will you charge my card?

Charges will begin on Wednesday, August 23 — you will only be charged if your request is fulfilled. To avoid declined transactions, please make sure your card has available funds to cover your maximum total.

As a reminder: the show you are confirmed for will be charged by Ticketstoday; the charge will appear as Ticketstoday*E Vedder.

I submitted duplicate requests by accident. What should I do?

We’ll only keep the details of your last submission. If you’d like to adjust any part of your ticket request, a new request must be submitted. To do so, tap here to go back to the site, sign in, and submit a new request. The deadline to submit new or updated requests is Tuesday, August 22 at 5 p.m. PT.

Can I confirm my seats before my credit card is charged? What if I don’t like the tickets I get?

Once your request has been fulfilled, we will immediately process your credit card and assign sets. Ten Club seating assignments for Eddie Vedder solo shows are not seniority-based, but are assigned at random and mixed with the general public throughout the venue. To increase your chance of getting tickets, please select all the ticket price levels you would be willing to accept. Please do not request tickets for any shows, or seat preferences that you do not actually wish to purchase. All sales are final. All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

I’m having trouble getting past the Ticketmaster sign in on the Ten Club ticket request site.

If you are successfully entering your email address and password but not allowed to continue, please make sure that your browser settings allow 3rd party cookies. Please be sure to use the link sent to you via email or on the Ten Club Member News page.

If my request is confirmed, how will I get my tickets?

Ticket confirmations will be sent out on a show-by-show basis, beginning Wednesday, August 23. Please follow the Ten Club presale timeline for updates. If your request is fulfilled, we will notify you by email and immediately charge the credit card you provided. Additionally, we will email you instructions on how to view your tickets by the end of day on Friday, August 25. Note: Tickets will not show in your Ticketmaster account until all seating assignments are finalized.

My credit card got charged but I haven’t received an email confirming my order yet, what should I do?

Please do a search in your email for Ticketstoday or tenclubsupport@ticketmaster.com. Also, your credit card company may be slightly ahead. We will notify you by email of your ticket request status and next steps. If you don’t receive your confirmation details within 24 hours, please email Ten Club’s Ticketmaster Support at tenclubsupport@ticketmaster.com. Please be sure to include your receipt number and the name listed on the request summary. Note: Tickets will not show in your Ticketmaster account until all seating assignments are finalized.

Is Ticketmaster Request for Ten Club members only?

Yes. For Eddie Vedder’s 2023 U.S. shows, only eligible Ten Club members may request presale tickets. For more info, go here. If you are not an eligible Ten Club member, you can register for the Onsale — go here to get started.

What is the Eddie Vedder Registered Onsale?

Eddie Vedder is using a registration process to get tickets into the hands of fans who want to attend the show. While it doesn’t guarantee that all fans who register will get tickets, it does significantly reduce the number of professional resellers who buy tickets to sell for profit.

If I used Ticketmaster Request can I also request additional tickets through the Onsale Registration?

Yes. You are also encouraged to register for the Onsale for an additional opportunity to get tickets. The Onsale takes place on Friday, August 25, after all confirmed Ten Club requests have been processed. Registration does not guarantee ticket access. Registration is now open and will close on Tuesday, August 22 at 5 p.m. PT.

What happens if my ticket request is not confirmed?

If you’d like to have another opportunity to shop for tickets, register for the Onsale. Fans who are invited to the Onsale will be provided a unique access code to shop for tickets on Friday, August 25 at 10 a.m. PT. Tap here to register for the Onsale.

Are international fans able to request tickets?

Yes, international fans who create a Ticketmaster account can submit a Ten Club ticket request. However, we may limit the availability of the site or any service or product described on the site to any person or geographic area at any time. Please visit our Terms and Conditions for more information about access outside of the U.S.

Eddie Vedder Registered Onsale

Ticketmaster is helping artists give their fans a better opportunity to purchase tickets by creating an extra line of defense against bots and professional resellers who are looking to sell tickets for profit. The process includes three steps:

Step 1: Registration

By registering for the Onsale, you are letting us know that you’re interested in purchasing tickets. From the registration page, you sign in to or create your account, select your preferred show(s) and register your email and phone number. Once completed, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email letting you know that we got your request. It’s quick, easy and free to sign up.

Step 2: Verification

Next, Ticketmaster vets each request by confirming it belongs to an individual — not a bot — and that it hasn’t been tied to irregular behaviors that could be a sign of a professional seller attempting to access the sale.

Step 3: Access Code or Waitlist

When demand exceeds availability, a limited number of registered fans will get access to the sale and others will be placed on a waitlist. You’ll receive an email on Thursday, August 24 letting you know which group you’re in. If selected to get access to the sale, you’ll get to join the sale using a unique access code sent via text. This code only works when used with your account — it can’t be bought or sold.

While it doesn’t guarantee that all who register will get tickets, it does significantly reduce the number of professional resellers who buy tickets to sell for profit.

Common Questions

How do I register?

  1. To register, please visit: HERE
  2. Sign in to your My Account or create an account if you don’t have one.
  3. Tell us what shows you’re interested in and submit your registration; we’ll keep you up to date with all the latest information.

We’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know your registration was successful and what you can expect next.

How many tickets can I buy with my code?

You can purchase up to two (2) tickets for the one show indicated in the text you received.

Can I register more than once to increase my invitation status?

Only one registration is required, and registering more than once won’t increase your opportunity to receive an invitation. If after you’ve registered, you want to change the dates you selected, just come back and register with your new picks. We only keep the last registration you submitted.

If I edit my registration more than once, will I be disqualified?

No, you won’t be disqualified. If you edit your registration more than once to correct a mistake, such as changing the show you previously selected, we only keep the last registration that you submitted.

I received a registration confirmation email, does that mean I will get tickets?

No, registration does not guarantee tickets. The registration confirmation email is simply to inform you that we have received your information and will be working to verify your account.

A second email will be sent the day before the Onsale letting you know if you will receive a unique access code or if you’ve been placed on the waitlist.

When will I receive an email letting me know if I’ll receive a unique access code or be placed on the waitlist?

On the evening of Thursday, August 24, you’ll receive an email confirming whether you’ve been selected to participate in the Onsale. If you are selected, you will also receive a text with your personal access code.

When submitting my registration, I received a six-digit authentication code from Ticketmaster. Can I use this code to purchase tickets during the Onsale?

No, that code was sent to you to verify your phone number at registration. It’s not a unique access code and cannot be used to purchase tickets.

Does registering mean I get an Onsale access code?

No. Registration allows Ticketmaster to authenticate your account to confirm it belongs to an individual — not a bot — and that it hasn’t been tied to irregular behaviors that could be a sign of a professional seller attempting to access the sale.

If I receive access to the Onsale, am I guaranteed tickets?

No. Access means you have an opportunity to join the Onsale but it is not a guarantee you’ll be able to purchase tickets. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis while currently available inventory lasts.

If I am selected, how long do I have to shop for tickets?

While we suggest you purchase as soon as you are able, we understand there may be some planning involved.

What is the ticket limit?

The ticket limit for the Onsale is two (2) tickets per show.

What is Eddie Vedder Premium?

Eddie Vedder Premium seats are located in a variety of preferred locations and account for approximately 10% of ticket inventory per show. They are priced at market rate to offset increased touring costs while also keeping prices low for the rest of the ticket inventory. Eddie Vedder Premium tickets will be available along with regularly priced tickets.

Can I transfer or sell tickets I can’t use?

All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

How can I get the seating map in advance?

Seating options vary depending on the event or venue and in some cases may not be available until tickets go on sale. Visit the event page on Ticketmaster to learn more about seating options and maps.

How will I know if I’ve been granted access to the Onsale after I’ve been placed on the waitlist?

If selected, you will receive a text with a unique access code and link to the ticket sale. In the event of any SMS/texting delivery issues, we’ll email your unique access code and link to the email address associated with your Ticketmaster account that you used to register. Access to the Onsale does not guarantee tickets. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis while currently available inventory lasts. If you’re sent a unique access code and link, you should join the Onsale as soon as possible for your opportunity to purchase tickets.

I’m a real fan of this artist, and not a bot or reseller. Why didn’t I get access?

Selection is not a measure of how big a fan you are. Sometimes, there simply aren’t enough tickets for everyone. When demand exceeds availability, a limited number of fans get access to the Onsale, and others must be placed on the waitlist. The number of fans who receive access depends on the number of tickets currently available — this is done to help create a less crowded ticket shopping experience for fans.
