Full refunds will be available if a game is canceled and it cannot be replayed, or if it is played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending. If a game is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets may be valid for the new date, so hang onto them and we will keep you posted. If for some reason you can’t make the game, you can sell your tickets on Ticketmaster directly from your account. When you visit your account, if you see a “Sell” button on your order, you’ll be able to see your tickets verified through Ticketmaster. Just click the button to set your price and list your tickets. When your tickets sell, we’ll make sure you receive the correct funds via direct deposit after the event. You can also edit or remove your listing anytime.

If you purchased tickets from Ticketmaster to a preseason game before it was announced as canceled, your tickets are no longer valid. Ticketmaster will send an email to notify you of the change, and issue a refund to your original method of payment.

You may purchase 100% verified tickets from other fans for many events listed with Ticketmaster. If you purchased a verified resale ticket with Ticketmaster, we’ll reissue a new ticket just for you, eliminating the need for photocopies or any manual transfer. Please note, if you’re buying Verified Resale Tickets, we can’t guarantee that other fans will be socially distanced from you.

Becoming a season ticket holder is a great way to ensure you’re there to cheer on your favorite team all season long. Season ticket holder programs vary by team. Since playoff matchups are not determined until the regular season is complete, playoff tickets are not typically included in your 2024 NFL season tickets. However, season ticket holders will have the opportunity to register to purchase playoff tickets when they become available. There will be a total of 272 games played during the 2024 NFL regular season. The season kicks off on Thursday, September 5, and will feature 18 weeks of games. The regular season concludes with 16 division games in week 18.

The NFL will once again give fans access to a free virtual commemorative ticket in the form of an NFT (non-fungible token) when they buy a seat and attend select NFL games this season. Stay tuned for further information on which NFL games will offer Virtual Commemorative Tickets this season.

Select games are eligible for Virtual Commemorative Tickets. If a game you attended is selected, and you are eligible, the NFL will email you with additional details. Virtual Commemorative Tickets will be available to fans who scanned in to the game using a Ticketmaster Safetix ticket that they purchased on their own account. Stay tuned for further information on which NFL games will offer Virtual Commemorative Tickets this season.
