How to Get Tickets to Madonna’s Madame X Tour 2019

Madonna is back! The iconic star is preparing to embark on the Madame X Tour 2019, and we want to ensure tickets go directly to the fans who are excited to see Madonna live on this unprecedented tour. Complete your request in three easy steps. First, tell us what show you’re interested in and where you want to sit. Then, provide a credit card to complete your ticket request. If your request is confirmed, your tickets will be charged to the card provided and placed directly into your Ticketmaster account.

Submitting a request doesn’t guarantee that everyone will get a ticket, but it does ensure that more tickets go to more fans who want to attend the event.

How do I request tickets?

2. Enter your payment information to complete your ticket request. You won’t be charged unless your request is confirmed.

How do I change my request?
You have until Friday, May 10 at 11:59 pm ET to submit a new request or cancel your request. To submit a new request, return to the site and sign in. We will only consider your most recent request for each city, and submitting a new request for a city will cancel any prior requests for that city.

Can I cancel my ticket request?
You must cancel your request by Friday, May 10 at 11:59 pm ET. To cancel your request email customerservice@ticketstoday.com, or call our team at 800-594-TIXX (8499). Make sure to have your receipt number, email and the last four numbers of the credit card used to submit your request. No cancelations will be accepted past this date and time.

I submitted duplicate requests by accident. What do I do?
We will only consider your most recent request. If you’re unsure tap here to go back to the site, sign in, and submit a new request. We will only consider your most recent request for each city, and submitting a new request for a city will cancel any prior requests for that city.

I’m having issues validating my phone number. What do I do?
We recommend using your mobile phone for the fastest way to validate your phone number. Please also note, international phone numbers may only be validated using a mobile phone number, landlines will not be accepted.

What is the ticket limit?
To allow as many fans as possible to experience Madonna – Madame X Tour 2019, you may request up to four (4) tickets per show for this tour. If confirmed, your request will only be fulfilled for one show.

Madonna ICON Members have an added benefits and may be confirmed for a single show in up to two markets they choose.

What happens after I submit a request?

By Sunday, May 19 at Noon ET we’ll let you know by text and email if your ticket request was confirmed or not. If not, no charges will apply.

I need to adjust my request, what should I do?
To adjust any part of your request, a new request must be submitted. To do so, tap here to go back to the site, sign in and submit a new request. You have until Friday, May 10 at 11:59 pm ET to submit a new request or cancel your request. To submit a new request, return to the site and sign in. Can I request tickets for more than one city?
Yes. Please keep in mind that you have an equal chance to be confirmed for shows in any city you requested, so you must be prepared to travel to any of the cities in your request. ICON members are eligible for one show in two cities, and must also be prepared to travel to the cities in your request. For all other requests, you are eligible for one show in one city, and must be prepared to attend the shows in your request.

I’m an ICON Fan Club member but I only want to be considered for one show, not two. What should I do?
If you are an ICON Fan Club member who only wishes to be considered for one show, please only submit a request for shows in one city.

Is there an order to how ticket requests are confirmed?
Ticket requests will be confirmed in the following order, subject to ticket availability: ICON Fan Club Members as of October 30, 2011; Citi Cardmembers; Public Requests. All Citi Cardmember and Public Requests are reviewed by Verified Fan®. Each request will be fulfilled based on the best available option, pending availability.

Are travel packages considered a separate request from standard tickets and VIP?
We will consider all your requests together, including your most recent ticket + vip package request and travel package request. If your request is confirmed you will only receive up to four tickets in one of your requested seat preferences. Each request will be fulfilled based on the best available option, pending availability.

How do you validate whether someone is an ICON Fan Club member or a Citi Cardmember?
All ICON Fan Club members will be validated based on the email address associated with their ticket request. ICON members should ensure that their Ticketmaster account uses the same email address associated with their Fan Club membership.

Citi Cardmembers will be validated based on the credit card they use to request tickets. Cardmembers should ensure that they are entering the Citi credit card information when requesting tickets.

What is Verified Fan?
Verified Fan helps to get more tickets to fans who want to attend the show. While Verified Fan does not guarantee that every fan will get a ticket, it does make the ticket buying experience fairer by ensuring tickets are not purchased for the intent to resell.

Confirmed Requests

When should I expect to know if my request was confirmed?
We’ll send you an email before Sunday, May 19 at Noon ET to let you know if your request was confirmed and provide next steps. If your request is confirmed, your card will be charged for one show and your tickets will be placed directly into your Ticketmaster account.

Does getting a confirmed request mean I will get tickets?
Yes! If you receive a confirmed request this means your ticket request was successful, your card will automatically be charged, and your tickets will arrive in just a couple days. Keep an eye out for an additional email with instructions to accept your tickets into your Ticketmaster account.

My request was confirmed, can I cancel or exchange my tickets?
No. All confirmed requests are final sale and no exchanges may be applied.

If my request is confirmed, can I confirm my seats before my credit card is charged? What if I don’t like the tickets I got?
If your request is confirmed, we will immediately process your credit card for the seat preference you selected in your ticket request. You should not request tickets for any cities, shows or seat preferences that you do not actually wish to purchase. All sales are final, refunds and exchanges will not be available.

If my request is confirmed, how will I get my tickets?
If you receive a confirmed request your card will automatically be charged, and your tickets will arrive within 48 hours. Keep an eye out for the additional email with instructions to accept your tickets into your Ticketmaster account.

Is there another way to get tickets if my request is not confirmed?

If I use my spouse or family members credit card to complete my request, does the person whose name is on the card have to attend the show?
No. The tickets will be in the Ticketmaster account holder’s account. (Remember, submitting a ticket request does not guarantee tickets.)

You said tickets are only available to purchase through this request program, but why do I see tickets available to purchase now on other sites?
Ticketmaster is the only official ticketing provider for Madonna – Madame X Tour 2019. Many unofficial sellers will list tickets even before they go on sale. This practice is called Speculative Listing and fans should not trust resellers claiming to have tickets. Those speculative listings are not real tickets in hand. Beware of these sellers. As part of your ticket request, you are eligible to purchase a CD of Madonna’s latest album, Madame X, at a special price. For all confirmed request, there is no charge, the CD is included with your ticket. If we are unable to fulfill your ticket request, your credit card will be charged for the price of the CD (which includes tax, shipping, and handling).
