How do I register for the Venue Presale?

Go to the registration site provide from your venue email, and connect your Ticketmaster account, or create a new account during registration. When registering from a shared device, it’s important you register with your personal Ticketmaster account. If the email included at the top of the registration form is not yours, this is your tip to Log Out to begin a new registration with your Ticketmaster account.

If I don’t receive an access code, will I still have a chance to shop for tickets? 

Yes. Don’t worry, if you are unable to shop for and purchase tickets during the Venue Presale, the General Public Onsale will begin on Wednesday, December 13 at 10AM venue local time. Access codes are not required to shop for tickets during the Public Onsale.

When does registration for the Venue Presale close? 

Registration closes on Tuesday, January 23 at 10AM PT/1PM ET.

If I register from outside the U.S., do I need to include my country code with my phone number?

Yes, if registering from outside of the U.S. please include the country code with your telephone number.

I registered more than once, will I be disqualified? 

We know you’re excited, but please don’t register more than once unless specified.

I received a confirmation email after I registered, what does that mean?

You have successfully registered for the event. However, please note this does not mean you are guaranteed to receive an access code. Also, due to demand receiving a code does not guarantee you will be able to purchase the exact tickets you want.

Does receiving an access code mean I’m guaranteed to purchase tickets?

With our technology keeping the big bots out, you have a better opportunity. However, with high demand events, tickets are still available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed.

If my parent or guardian uses their credit card to buy, does the person’s whose name is on the card have to attend the show?

No. The tickets will be in the Ticketmaster account holder’s name and account. As a reminder, receiving a code does not guarantee a ticket purchase.

How do I purchase tickets Taylor Swift’s Venue Presale?

It’s a simple, standard purchase process and the steps below will help you navigate your search and purchase.

1. You will receive an access code via text message prior to the sale. The first message(s) will include timing details and a link to where you can purchase your tickets, immediately followed by another text containing your unique access code. Keep your phone handy – you’ll receive text messages 2-4 hours before the sale.

2a. Ticketmaster Purchases: Sign-in to your Ticketmaster Account or App in advance. Know your Ticketmaster password, or reset your password in advance. For a faster checkout, make sure you have a valid credit card with updated billing information in your account.

2b. Non-Ticketmaster Purchases: Not all events are sold on Ticketmaster. While requirements vary depending on the ticket provider, proactive account setup with a valid credit card and updated billing information is generally encouraged.

3. Click the link you were sent at the appropriate time

Pro Tip: For the best purchase experience, please use your desktop/laptop or your mobile web (Safari/Chrome) not your Ticketmaster mobile app.

4. Upon landing, enter your unique access code to unlock the venue page. Next, enter your code once more to view ticket options. Should you receive an error, double-check you entered the access code exactly as it appears in the text you receive or that you are signed in using the account you registered with.
5. Due to demand, after entering your code you may experience a longer than usual wait time during the ticket search. Do not refresh the page during this time.
6. When completing your ticket purchase, stay within one browser window. Opening multiple windows or tabs to purchase tickets, may result in errors.
7. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and are NOT guaranteed. Do not exceed the ticket limit (if applicable).
8. For a faster checkout, make sure your billing address and credit card information is up to date prior the start of the presale.

How come I received a code, but can’t purchase tickets?

For the tour, there may be high demand and a limited amount tickets for the Venue Presale. Please note, tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and are NOT guaranteed.
