Home of the Florida State Seminoles
Doak S. Campbell Stadium is the home of the Florida State Seminoles football team. Located on the southwest corner of Florida State University and named after the longtime president of Florida State College for Women and FSU, Doak Sheridan Campbell.
The FSU Seminoles have won three national championships — the 1994 Orange Bowl, the 2000 Sugar Bowl and the 2014 Vizio BCS National Championship Game — and 19 conference titles. From 2012 to 2014, the Seminoles won 29 consecutive games, tying the record for the longest winning streak in Atlantic Coast Conference history, and never lost a single home game from 1992 to 2001.
Doak S. Campbell Stadium History
Doak S. Campbell Stadium opened on October 7, 1950. Through decades of expansion, the stadium has gone from holding just 15,000 fans to now holding 67,277 people.

Parking and Admission at Doak S. Campbell Stadium
Parking passes at Doak S. Campbell Stadium vary in price by both event and parking location. Some of the most popular parking sections around the stadium include Parking Lots 1, 10, 14, 19 and 29.
The stadium has instituted a clear bag policy since 2018, with bags required to be 12″ x 6″ x 12″ or smaller. Clutch-style bags smaller than 6.5″ x 4.5″ are also allowed. Patrons are allowed to bring one bag or one bag and one clutch per person.
Medically necessary items, empty water bottles (to fill at water stations) and stadium seats are also allowed.
Items not permitted inside the stadium include alcohol and/or illegal substances, weapons, explosives, umbrellas, food or beverages from outside the stadium, hard coolers or ice chests, artificial noisemakers, video equipment, long-lens cameras, laser pointers, pets, strollers, skateboards, drones and more. Doak S. Campbell Stadium holds a capacity of 67,227 following renovations that finished in 2025. The southern end of the venue contains three levels of seating with traditional stadium seating on the other three sides. (Note: Seating layouts in the stadium may change based on the type of event.)
