The Seattle Seahawks start their 2019 NFL season at home in Week 1 against the Cincinnati Bengals (Sept. 8). They face the New Orleans Saints (Sept. 22) in Week 3, who made it to the NFC Championship game last season. They open their NFC West divisional schedule against the Los Angeles Rams (Oct. 3) in Week 5 on Thursday Night Football.

The Seahawks have a bye in Week 11. They have a Monday Night Football matchup against the Minnesota Vikings (Dec. 2) in Week 13. They close the season with divisional matchups against the Arizona Cardinals (Dec. 22) in Week 16 and the San Francisco 49ers (Dec. 29) in Week 17.

The Seahawks, founded in 1974, play at CenturyLink Field in Seattle, Washington. The stadium seats 69,000 and opened in 2002 with sweeping views of the downtown Seattle skyline.
