Who is eligible for an NFL Virtual Commemorative Ticket?
Each fan who scans in at an eligible game with a ticket will be eligible for one Virtual Commemorative Ticket. Access to the Virtual Commemorative Tickets will be made available via a link emailed to recipients within seven days of the game.
Why didn’t I receive a Virtual Commemorative Ticket from a game I attended during the 2022–2023 regular season or postseason?
Virtual Commemorative Tickets were provided at no cost to fans who attended select games throughout the 2022–2023 regular season and postseason and scanned in using a Ticketmaster SafeTix ticket purchased on their own account. Note: Fans must have attended the game and scanned their ticket to receive the Virtual Commemorative Ticket.

How do fans receive their postgame Virtual Commemorative Ticket?
Following the game, eligible fans will receive a link via email to view their Virtual Commemorative Ticket. Fans will log in to a Ticketmaster account to view their Virtual Commemorative Ticket.
How do I access my NFL Virtual Commemorative Ticket?
You can browse the Marketplace without signing in. To buy, sell and/or view your Virtual Commemorative Tickets, sign in using the email address and password associated with your Ticketmaster/Live Nation account.
If you do not have a Ticketmaster/Live Nation account, you can create one during the sign-in process by tapping “Sign Up.”
How do I see the Virtual Commemorative Ticket I have?

What happens when it’s my turn?
If you have the queue page open when it’s your turn you will automatically be redirected to the page you originally wanted to visit. If you do not have the queue page open when it’s your turn, you will see a popup when you return to the queue page notifying you when your turn started and confirming whether you want to proceed. Keep an eye on your queue progress because when it’s your turn, you will have a limited window of time to continue.
Can I lose my place in the queue?
You keep your place in the queue even if your device goes to sleep or you close the queue page. When you go back to the queue page you will see updated progress.

How does the payment process work when I buy a Virtual Commemorative Ticket?

Once you are signed in, you will see a prompt to enter your credit card number, expiration date, and card security code. When I buy a Virtual Commemorative Ticket, do I own the copyright of the content?
If you buy a Virtual Commemorative Ticket, copyright ownership of the underlying content is only conferred if those rights are also transferred with the purchase of the Virtual Commemorative Ticket.
What are the fees when I buy a Virtual Commemorative Ticket?
When you buy a Virtual Commemorative Ticket, there are no additional fees added to the list price.
How can I sell my Virtual Commemorative Ticket?
You can sell your Virtual Commemorative Ticket through a standard sale, where you can set a price at which your Virtual Commemorative Ticket is listed, and others can pay to purchase it. All resale transactions are currently limited to $9,999 or less.
Please note that any resale price for an NFT will be determined by buyers and sellers in the marketplace, and that the resale price for an NFT may fluctuate significantly and may be less than its initial purchase price. Further, neither the NFL nor Ticketmaster guarantees that NFT holders will be able to sell their NFTs.
What are the fees when I sell my Virtual Commemorative Ticket?
Resale transactions may be subject to a marketplace processing fee and/or a royalty fee. Any such fees will be displayed to you at the time you begin the process of listing your ticket for sale and will not be incurred until your ticket successfully sells. Any fees will be removed from your sale price and you will receive the net proceeds from your sale.
I sold a Virtual Commemorative Ticket and the buyer paid with a credit card. When will the funds appear in my bank account?
The first time you sell a Virtual Commemorative Ticket, it can take between 7–14 days to receive your funds. After that, it usually takes 2 days to receive your funds. If you have not received your funds in these time periods, please contact Marketplace Support by responding to your emailed receipt.
What is the Marketplace refund policy?
All purchases are final, and no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided for any purchases that you might make on the Virtual Commemorative Ticket Marketplace.
