How do I register for the #VerifiedFan Presale?
Go to http://edsheeran2018.ontouraccess.com and connect your Ticketmaster account to register. Or create a new account when you begin your #VerifiedFan registration. When registering from a shared device, it’s important you register with your personal Ticketmaster account. If the email included at the top of the registration form is not yours, please Log Out to sign in with your Ticketmaster account.
Where does the #VerifiedFan program apply?
Ed Sheeran is using #VerifiedFan for his U.S. + Canada dates only. For other countries, visit edsheeran.com to learn more about international ticketing opportunities.
Is there a way to purchase tickets other than the #VerifiedFan Presale?
In addition to the #VerifiedFan Presale, there are additional Presales and a General Public Onsale on Friday, October 20 at 10AM venue local time. To learn more, visit Ticketmaster.

Yes, you can register for the #VerifiedFan Presale from outside the U.S. + Canada, but only for the U.S. + Canada dates for this tour.
If I register for #VerifiedFan Presale from outside the U.S. + Canada, do I need to include my country code with my phone number?
Yes, if registering from outside of the U.S. + Canada, please include the country code with your telephone number.
Can I register for the #VerifiedFan Presale more than once?
Fans may only register once, per show/date for the #VerifiedFan Presale.
I registered more than once, will I be disqualified?
Don’t worry, you will not be disqualified. However, please only register once, per show/date.
Can I register for more than one tour date?
Each participant can register for up to three (3) different shows/dates. Simply return back to the registration page, and register for the additional show(s) you’re interested in attending. As a reminder, please do not register for the same show/date more than once.
I got a confirmation email, what does that mean?
You have successfully registered for the #VerifiedFan Presale and once verified, will receive an access code to purchase tickets. Please note, tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Does registering mean I get an access code?
Only once you are verified, you’ll receive a text on Monday, October 16 prior to the Presale at 10AM (venue local time). Please note, tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis and getting an access code does not guarantee tickets.
When is the Presale?
The #VerifiedFan Presale begins Monday, October 16 at 10AM (venue local time) for fans who receive an access code.
What is the ticket limit?
There is a six (6) ticket limit per order.
How much will tickets cost?

If my parent or guardian uses their credit card to buy, does the person’s whose name is on the card have to attend the show?
No. The tickets will be in the Ticketmaster account holder’s account. (Remember, receiving an access code does not guarantee tickets.)

How do I purchase tickets for the Presale powered by Ticketmaster Verified Fan®?
The #VerifiedFan Presale begins Monday, October 16 at 10AM (venue local time). It’s a simple, standard purchase process and the steps below will help you navigate your search and purchase.
1. Once verified, you will receive an access code via text message on Monday, October 16 prior to the Presale at 10AM (venue local time). The first message(s) will include timing details and a link to where you can purchase your tickets, immediately followed by another text containing your unique access code. Keep your phone handy – you’ll receive text messages 2-4 hours before the Presale.
2. Ticketmaster Purchases: Sign-in to your Ticketmaster Account or App in advance. Know your Ticketmaster password, or reset your password in advance. For a faster checkout, make sure you have a valid credit card with updating billing information in your account.
Ticketmaster Mobile Checkout: Update your Ticketmaster App and make sure you’re signed in in advance. For a faster mobile checkout on Ticketmaster, have a valid credit card with updated billing information in your account. Need to update? Download our app for iOS or Android.
Non-Ticketmaster Purchases: Not all events are sold on Ticketmaster. While requirements vary depending on the ticket provider, proactive account setup with a valid credit card and updated billing information is generally encouraged.
When the Presale Begins at 10AM (venue local time).
3. Click the link you were sent at the appropriate time.
DESKTOP: Transfer the link from your phone ahead of time.
MOBILE: If you have the Ticketmaster App installed, once the page loads in your mobile browser, you will be prompted to open the page in the App if you prefer.
4. Enter your unique access code. Should you receive an error, double-check you entered the access code exactly as it appears in the text you receive or that you are signed in using the account you registered for the #VerifiedFan Presale with.
5. Due to demand, after entering your #VerifiedFan access code, you may experience a longer than usual wait time using the ticket search. Do not refresh the page during this time.
6. When completing your ticket purchase, stay within one browser window. Opening multiple windows or tabs to purchase tickets, may result in errors.
7. Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and are NOT guaranteed. Do not exceed the ticket limit of six (6).
8. For a faster checkout, make sure your billing address and credit card information is up to date prior to the start of the Presale.
When should I expect my access code?

I registered in the past for a #VerifiedFan Presale, shouldn’t I always get an accesscode?
Each #VerifiedFan program is unique and you must register for each one separately.
Why didn’t my #VerifiedFan Presale access code work?
You may have maxed out your ticket limit. Due to demand, each #VerifiedFan Presale has a ticket limit to allow more fans like you to get tickets. Additionally, should you receive an error, double-check you entered the access code exactly as it appears in the text (case sensitive) you receive or that you are signed in using the account your registered for the #VerifiedFan Presale with.
How come I received a #VerifiedFan Presale access code but was unable to purchase tickets?
We’ve seen massive interest for this tour. #VerifiedFan ticket supply is limited, and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, and are NOT guaranteed.
If I don’t receive an access code, will I still have a chance to get tickets?
Yes, there will be a General Public Onsale on Friday, October 20 at 10AM venue local time.
