What information am I required to provide?
For meet & greet ticket holders who are 13 years old and older who are attending the meet & greet, you are required to provide the following information:
- First & Last Name
- Date of Birth
- Country of Residence
- Social Security Number (US)
- Employer and Job Title
How will I submit this personal information?
Ticketmaster customer service will send an email to the email account associated with the VIP Meet & Greet ticket purchase with a link to a secure site. Each person with a VIP Meet & Greet ticket who is at least 13 years old must fill out the requested info via the secure site.
Who will receive my information?
This information will be sent via a secure format to the US Secret Service (USSS).
When will I know if I am approved or denied?
Ticketmaster customer service will send you an email when we receive final confirmation from the USSS.
How will I know if I am admitted or denied?
Once the USSS completes their more thorough review of the information submitted, ticket holders will receive an email that confirms or denies acceptance.
What happens if I am denied, or someone in my party is denied?
Ticketmaster customer service will send you an email to let you know and will refund your VIP Meet & Greet ticket at your request.
If you still want to attend the event without the VIP Meet & Greet, we will refund the Meet & Greet portion of your ticket.
If you purchased multiple VIP Meet & Greet tickets and one or more people in your party is not accepted by the USSS, only that person will not be allowed to attend the VIP Meet & Greet – this will not affect the rest of your party.
How do I pick up my VIP Meet & Greet tickets?
Will call only, must have valid photo ID.
Is my VIP Meet & Greet package transferrable?
No, the VIP Meet & Greet portion of the package is not transferrable.
