The Ticketmaster Waiting Room
The Waiting Room acts as a ‘protective virtual line’ to help keep more tickets available for you and away from bots. With this experience, we ensure that tickets are kept safe, and provide you the opportunity to pick your own seats.
Here’s How The Ticketmaster Waiting Room Works
- Visit Ticketmaster and locate the event page.
- On Saturday, June 16th at 10:00am HST when the event goes on sale, fans will be placed into the Waiting Room (pictured above) and then selected at random to begin shopping for tickets.
- The time when you enter the Waiting Room will not affect when you receive access. By keeping the selection randomized, this allows access to tickets to be as fair as possible. Due to demand, you may experience an extended wait time before you can begin shopping.
- Once selected, you will be given the opportunity to shop for tickets and pick your own seats using the interactive seat map.
