Ticketing Milestones

Ticketmaster is the Official Ticketing Partner of the USTA for the 2019 US Open, and the only authorized seller for secure and 100% verified 2019 US Open tickets online. This includes the USTA-sanctioned 2019 US Open Ticket Exchange, which offers resale tickets for the tournament in a fan-to-fan environment.

Where does the 2019 US Open take place?

Matches will occur at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing, Queens.

 

What are the different types of Day Session tickets?

  • Arthur Ashe Stadium (Reserved Seating) – Provides an assigned seat in the main stadium along with first-come, first-served access to General Admission seating areas in Louis Armstrong Stadium, the Grandstand, and all of the field courts.
  • Louis Armstrong Stadium (Reserved Seating)* – Provides an assigned seat in Louis Armstrong Stadium courtside seats, along with first-come, first-served access to general admission areas of the Grandstand and all of the field courts.
  • Grandstand Stadium (Reserved Seating)*– Provides an assigned seat in the Grandstand Stadium, along with first-come, first-served access to general admission areas of Louis Armstrong Stadium and all of the field courts.
  • Grounds Pass (General Admission)*^ – Louis Armstrong Stadium, Grandstand, and Grounds Pass tickets do not grant access to Arthur Ashe Stadium.  The only ticket that permits access into Arthur Ashe Stadium is an Arthur Ashe Stadium ticket.
* = These ticket types are only sold for the attending the first eight days of the tournament.
^ = Grounds Admission tickets do not grant access to Arthur Ashe Stadium. The only ticket that permits access into Arthur Ashe Stadium is an Arthur Ashe Stadium ticket.

 

What are the different types of Night Session tickets?

  • Arthur Ashe Stadium (Reserved Seating) – Provides an assigned seat in the main stadium for all matches scheduled to take place in Arthur Ashe Stadium on a given evening.
  • Louis Armstrong Stadium (Reserved Seating) – Provides an assigned seat in the main stadium for all matches scheduled to take place in Louis Armstrong Stadium on a given evening.

 

Can I purchase tickets that will cover multiple sessions?

Yes.  Both Full Series subscriptions and Mini plan packages are available on USOpen.org.

 

Is there a limit to how many tickets can be purchased?

Ticket sales limits are in place to ensure that all fans can receive equal access to 2019 US Open tickets.

For individual sessions, customers may order up to the following:

  • Eight (8) Arthur Ashe Stadium tickets for any individual day session
  • Sixteen (16) Arthur Ashe Stadium day session tickets in total
  • Eight (8) Arthur Ashe Stadium tickets for any individual night session
  • Sixteen (16) Arthur Ashe Stadium night session tickets in total
  • Eight (8) Louis Armstrong Stadium tickets per session
  • Sixteen (16) Louis Armstrong Stadium tickets in total
  • Eight (8) Grounds Admission tickets per session
  • Sixteen (16) Grounds Admission tickets in total

 

When do gates open for Day and Evening Sessions?

Generally gate entry time is one hour prior to the start of the session.

Typically, the earliest one can enter the grounds with a day session ticket is at 9:30 a.m. Day session ticket holders must enter the grounds before 6:00 p.m.

The earliest you can enter the grounds with an evening session ticket is 6:00 p.m.

Please note that finals weekend times may differ and all sessions and gate entry times are subject to change. Please refer to the 2019 US Open schedule for up to date match times when the tournament begins in August.

 

Who is playing in the 2019 US Open?

Competing players and matchups will be determined at this year’s draw which will take place during Fan Week.

 

Is the 2019 US Open family-friendly?

Yes: children 24 months and older require full-price ticket purchase to attend.

The USTA also holds Arthur Ashe Kids Day on August 24, which features a concert (2019 performers TBA), special appearances from various tennis superstars + celebrities, on-site activities + games, and other tennis experiences to try out.

The concert will be ticketed, but the activities on the grounds at Arthur Ashe Stadium are free for attendees.

Proceeds from Arthur Ashe Kids Day benefit the National Junior Tennis Network, which provides low-cost tennis training and other life coaching offerings to over 225,000 children a year.
