St. Vincent #VerifiedFan Presale FAQ
WHY IS ST. VINCENT USING TICKETMASTER VERIFIED FAN®?
There are going to be more people who want to see St. Vincent on tour than there will be available tickets. It’s essential to get tickets in the hands of fans. Not scalpers or bots. So we’re selling presale tickets for the Fear The Future U.S. tour through the #VerifiedFan platform – a unique fan-first technology that levels the playing field so fans get access to tickets, not software.
Please note: Registering does NOT guarantee you will be verified, receive a code or have the ability to purchase tickets.
QUICK HELP GUIDE
We want to help as many of you as possible to see St. Vincent. As the #VerifiedFan Presale approaches, here are some tips to help answer any questions.
How do I register for the #VerifiedFan Presale?
Go to https://stvincent.tmverifiedfan.com/ and connect your Ticketmaster account to register. Or create a new account and return to complete your registration. Creating multiple accounts will not improve your chances, and may actually hurt them.
Where does the #VerifiedFan program apply?
St. Vincent is using #VerifiedFan for her U.S. Artist Presale.
If I’m not verified will I still have a chance to get tickets? Is there a General Onsale? Other Presales?
In addition to the #VerifiedFan Presale, this tour will have a General Public Onsale Friday, June 30 at 10AM ET. Some venues may conduct their own presales and there will also be a Spotify presale starting Wednesday, June 28 10am ET through Thursday, June 29 10pm ET.
When does registration close?
Registration closes on Sunday, June 25 at 11:59PM ET.

Yes, fans may register for more than one show, but only once per show.
I registered more than once, will I be disqualified?
We know you’re excited, but don’t register more than once per event/date. And creating multiple new accounts (email, Ticketmaster, social or other) will negatively impact you.
I got a confirmation email, what does that mean?
Receiving a confirmation email only means your registration has been submitted. It does not mean you will receive a presale access code. If verified and selected, codes will be distributed the morning of Tuesday, June 27 prior to the start of the Presale at 10AM ET. Additional codes may be released throughout the morning, so keep your phone handy and don’t give up hope if you don’t get one right away! Receiving a code does not guarantee you will be able to purchase tickets.

If I didn’t register in time, will there be a general onsale?

If I get a code will it work for more than one date?

You said you got rid of scalpers, but I already see ticket for sale and the presale hasn’t started.
Many unofficial sellers will list tickets even before they go on sale. This practice is called speculative listing and fans should not trust resellers claiming to have tickets. Those speculative listings are not real tickets in hand. Beware of these sellers.
