Information About 2020-2021 NFL Tickets, Refunds and Safety

As we continue communicating with clubs to help improve fan safety for the upcoming season, we want to consistently inform fans about any new developments before the first kickoff. In the FAQ below, you will find up-to-date information, and we encourage you to check back often, as we plan to keep this page regularly updated.

Which clubs are operating at reduced capacity, or having no fans in attendance this season?

The following clubs have announced updated reduced capacity to allow for socially distanced seating (see each club’s website for specifics on which games):

Kansas City Chiefs, San Francisco 49ers, Jacksonville Jaguars, Indianapolis Colts, Denver Broncos, Tennessee Titans, Atlanta Falcons, Carolina Panthers, Miami Dolphins, Arizona Cardinals, Houston Texans, Baltimore Ravens, Minnesota Vikings, Chicago Bears, Cincinnati Bengals, Washington Football Team, Los Angeles Chargers, Philadelphia Eagles, Los Angeles Rams, Green Bay Packers, Detroit Lions, Buffalo Bills, Pittsburgh Steelers, Seattle Seahawks, New Orleans Saints, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Dallas Cowboys.

The following clubs have announced no fans in attendance (see each club’s website for specifics):

New York Giants, New York Jets.

All other clubs continue to evaluate what protocols will best help keep fans safe in their locations consistent with applicable health and safety guidelines. We will keep this list up to date so check back often about the status of your club.

I bought tickets before my club announced they were having socially distanced seating. Are my tickets still valid?

If you purchased tickets from Ticketmaster before a club announced it was implementing socially distanced seating, your tickets may no longer be valid. If that happens, Ticketmaster will send an email to notify you of the change, and issue a refund to your original method of payment.

I bought tickets to a preseason game before it was announced as canceled. Are my tickets still valid?

If you purchased tickets from Ticketmaster to a preseason game before it was announced as canceled, your tickets are no longer valid. Ticketmaster will send an email to notify you of the change, and issue a refund to your original method of payment.

Who decides to implement socially distanced seating?

Event organizers decide on the safety protocols for their events (including socially distanced seating) in accordance with applicable local health and safety guidelines.

Can I still buy tickets to the 2020-21 NFL season?

Fans whose tickets were impacted by cancelations will be notified if tickets become available again. You can also click here to see if tickets are available.

How does socially distanced seating work?

Tickets will be available to purchase in preset groupings (i.e., sets of 2, 4, 6, 8, etc.). Each set of tickets will have space surrounding to allow for social distancing at the event consistent with applicable health and safety guidelines. Events that utilize socially distanced seating will be operating at reduced capacity. When you purchase tickets, you must purchase all tickets available for sale in a preset grouping.

What other safety measures should I be aware of?

Event organizers may implement additional safety measures to limit the spread of COVID-19. For the latest information, visit the NFL’s official website and your club’s official website.

How else does COVID-19 affect my tickets?

We are working closely with the NFL and the teams to ensure that we keep fans updated. Due to the continually evolving situation, the NFL or teams may decide to reschedule, postpone or cancel events, in which case fans will be promptly notified.

Full refunds will be available if a game is canceled and it cannot be replayed, or if it is played under conditions that prohibit fans from attending. If a game is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets are valid for the new date, so hang onto them and we will keep you posted.
