Here’s some preliminary fan data to share on the refund policy we’ve launched for some events on Ticketmaster.com (check it out here). ]None of this data is meant to be a predictor of future behavior, but it looks like the message is pretty clear – fans like it and it makes them more comfortable buying tickets.
